Layered Fabric Art Workshops
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn to make a truly unique and stunning art piece, with multiple layers of fabric, without sewing. Using simple materials, you will learn various techniques for creating a base, covered with beautiful overlays of fabric, surrounded by shapes that protrude outward, giving the piece added dimension and visual excitement. Your finished piece will hang on the wall. Perfect for beginning and experienced artists. Vicki will give demonstrations, answer questions, and provide technical and aesthetic tips along the way, inspiring your individual expression and artistry.
Along with teaching private workshops to both individuals and groups, Vicki has been invited to teach her art techniques at Cabrillo College, Sebastopol Center for the Arts, Mendocino Art Center, Healdsburg Center for the Arts, InterPlayce and the Fiber Arts Symposium.
To learn Vicki’s amazing layered fabric techniques, you can schedule a private workshop for yourself, or a group workshop for yourself with friends/family, or join a group workshop Vicki is offering. Due to sheltering-in-place during Covid-19, all of Vicki’s workshops are being held online through Zoom.
